Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, a leading international school in Thailand, has announced the expansion of its Early Years building at its City Campus. This expansion, located in the heart of Bangkok at Sukhumvit-Rama 9, aims to address the increasing demands of young learners, providing enhanced educational facilities for children aged 2-11.
The expansion project, set to be completed by August 2024, promises a state-of-the-art learning environment. The new Early Years (EY) building will feature a balanced mix of indoor and outdoor spaces designed to foster learning beyond traditional classrooms. These facilities are aligned with Shrewsbury’s commitment to high-quality education and motivational lifelong learning.

The new EY centre will include creative and play-based areas and outdoor gardens attached to every classroom from Nursery to EY2. Students will also have access to the wider school's extensive facilities, including an indoor gymnasium, a sports hall, two swimming pools and a natural grass football field. The school's creative complex will be available for music, art and design technology activities.
To introduce the new facilities and the school’s atmosphere, Shrewsbury International School Bangkok City Campus will host an Open House event on 21 June 2024 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. Prospective parents and families can tour the school, attend a presentation by the Principal and enjoy refreshments. Registration for the Open House is open until 17 June 2024.
